This isn't a TV show intro or movie titles because I don't really watch TV. Or movies. BUT this is a typographical animation from Pulp Fiction, which is one of the few movies that I have both watched and liked.

First Post/Inspiration: 1970s Manga
The colors are always phenomenal and it has a certain joy to it that I think a lot of modern manga lacks. (this may just be the eye-sparkles, I'm not sure.) I like the art deco feel to the drawings as well; I see a little bit of Erte in the accessories and altogether the style is playful and fun and bursting with bright colors. (I do love the big hair and androgynous men and even those 70s fashions; if only the 70s had looked so good in real life!) Here are some examples:
Swan, by Kyoko Ariyoshi
and Bride of Deimos, illustrated by Yuho Ashibe
I can't get enough of it! I'm not really an anime fan or anything like that, but I could look at these kinds of pictures all day long. Gorgeous!
